Maitre Rotisseurs

Chef Randy Tozzie

Maitre Rotisseur/Chef Randy Tozzie. A graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, he was ACF (American Culinary Federation) Pittsburgh Chapter Chef of the Year. You also may have seen him on KDKA Live Cooking Corner and QED Cooks during his time with the Market District stores.

Chef Randy, also known as Chef Tozz, ventured into the realm of restaurant ownership, embracing his signature ingredient, bacon. Hence the name, Bakn.  He created some amazing menu items including thfabulous “bacon jam.” Bakn hosted numerous events for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. Unfortunately, Bakn has been permanently closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Finding himself faced with some free time, Chef went to France for several months of Culinary adventures. While there, he attended Gastronomicom, a Michelin Star culinary arts training facility.

Can you dig it?

If you attended the picnic in 2015 at this lovely home in Allison Park, you may or may not remember one of the highlights. Yes, the soft-serve ice cream machine serving Bailey's Irish Cream Ice Cream. It was spectacular. Prepare yourself for a Culinary adventure with certain added "throwback" elements.

Our menu will be fun with a nod to our "groovy" past.

Break out your tie-dyed shirts, jeans, Birkenstock Sandals, and Woodstock hats for this fun-filled afternoon.
