Chef will create an Amicalé (four course) menu emphasizing a long-standing tradition of using local ingredients, all natural and organic items prepared in a clean and discerning manner.
With distinct, authentic culinary creations and a rustic atmosphere that will take you back to a simpler time, Helen's Restaurant exceeds the expectations of even the most well-traveled guests. Traditional service and a Wine Spectator Award winning wine list make Helen's a destination in itself. A long-standing tradition of many guests, Helen's pairs an upscale dining experience with a truly unique atmosphere. Helen's Restaurant is located in the historic original homestead of Seven Springs Mountain Resort.
As always with our Amicalé events, guests are encouraged to bring wines they would like to cling to or share. We will have a red and a white wine available that is appropriately paired with Chef Steve’s awesome menu. The menu will be released several days before the event to allow for attendees to select wines they would like to bring.
